- Open
- On the Tasks tab click on Test Internet Speed.
- A box comes up telling you about factors that can impact speed. Click Next.
- Pick a city from the drop-down list that's closest to you. This will improve the accuracy of the test.
- Click Next.
- The program download and uploads to determine your speed in both directions.
- When it's completed you see your speeds.
- Download speeds will always be greater than upload speeds.
- Click Next. If your speed was slower than you expect you can have Network Magic run a local network test.
- Click Finish.
