- Choose Podcast from the Projects menu and click Create.
- Since we already went over how to record, we'll show you how to add visuals.
- You can simply drag a clip onto the timeline and you will see it appear. This could be a title card or simply a related image.
- If you look at the edit pane, you will notice that you are able to name the chapter or add a URL.
- If you want the chapter to change at some point, simply drag the playhead there and click Add Marker.
- A new chapter will be created. These chapters work the same as they do in DVDs and CDs, allowing listeners to quickly skip through the podcast.
- To add a picture that identifies this podcast in particular, you can drag a picture to the Episode Artwork window at the bottom-left. This art will also be used when no other is available.
- To add your voice, you may either record from here or drag prerecorded voice into the timeline.
- In order to add sound effects, you can drag some in from the loop browser or use your own prerecorded sound effects.
- You will notice that there are two additional buttons for podcasts and these allow you to duck sound effects. Sounds with a blue arrow will play behind sounds with a yellow arrow.
