- To customize your shop, first go to Your Etsy and then to Appearance under Shop Setup.

- Give your shop a name. This is different from your username, which can not be changed.

- Your shop's name can be changed and you can use your username as your shop name if you want or you can name it something else.

- Pick something that represents what you're selling.

- You can add a banner that will go at the top of the page.

- Note the dimensions required for the banner and then upload it from your computer. You can change it whenever you like.

- You can also list a shop announcement that your visitors will see.

- This could be for something like "20 percent off" or "Welcome to my shop!" It's completely up to you.
