If you lose or misplace your BlackBerry it may be important for people to get in touch with you. That's why it helps to put your owner information in your device. This information can be displayed on the screen when your device is locked. This can give someone who finds your device a way to contact you.

- On your BlackBerry move to Settings and click the trackball or press the touchscreen on the Storm.
- In Settings move to Options and click the trackball or press the touchscreen on the Storm.
- In Options find Owner and click the trackball or press the touchscreen on the Storm again.
- In Owner information there's a place for your name.
- There's also a place where you can put any information you want.
- You can put in your address, put in your phone number or perhaps offer for a reward for your lost BlackBerry's safe return.
- The owner information is displayed when your BlackBerry is locked.
