Sticky notes
have changed the way many people work. You just jot a note down on one and stick someplace. On a table, a desk, a screen, a keyboard or on the wall. Having your monitor plastered with physical sticky notes is the past though. Tacking virtual sticky notes to your computer desktop is the way to go. - In Windows 7, click on the Start button and in the search box type "sticky."
- Then press Enter and a sticky note will appear.
- You can type inside the note.
- Click the + sign to create another one.
- Click on the X in the right-hand corner to delete.
- You'll be asked to confirm and you can just click Yes.
- Check the box in the corner if you don't want to confirm every time.
- You can click on the lower-right corner and size the note to make it larger or smaller.
- If you have a lot of notes, you can right-click and select Select All to move or delete them.
- Then press Enter and a sticky note will appear.
- You can type inside the note.
