How to fix a missing iPod icon on your iPhone

Occasionally the iPod icon will simply disappear from your iPhone. Strange, not to mention irritating if you listen to your iPod a lot. This often happens if you move the iPod icon out of the dock. You move the icon and later when you go to look for it you can't find it. Here's how to get it back.

- The iPod icon sometimes disappears when you've moved it from the default spot in the Dock.

- Click on Settings and then tap on General.

- Under General tap on Reset.

- Now, tap on Reset Home Screen Layout.

- You'll be prompted to tap a red button to confirm you want to do this. Tap it.

- Now if you work your way back to your main screen you'll see your iPod icon is back.
