Previously, we looked at exporting your email contacts from Outlook Express, the email client that's included with Windows. Except for the fact that different email clients use different menu entries to accomplish the same thing, this method for importing your email contacts can be used in the majority of email clients.

This tutorial assumes you have already exported your email contacts from Outlook Express or other email program in the CSV file format.
- Click File.
- Click Import and select Other Address Book.
- Select the CSV (Comma-separated values) file and Click Import.
- Select the how you want to import and click Next.
- Click the checkboxes to select or deselect the contact details you wish to import.
- Click Finish and then Close.
- Click File.
- Click Import and select Other Address Book.
- Select the CSV (Comma-separated values) file and Click Import.
- Select the how you want to import and click Next.
- Click the checkboxes to select or deselect the contact details you wish to import.
- Click Finish and then Close.
