There may come a time when your computer just won't boot. Hopefully not, but it's better safe then sorry. With a

, you can access and perhapsfix your computer
. Here, we'll show youhow to create a boot disk

- Click on Start and then on Control Panel.
- Now click on System and Security and then click on Backup your computer.
- Over on the left, click on Create a system repair disc.
- Put a blank CD or DVD into your drive.
- Click Create disc and wait just a minute or so.
- The system will finish and will remind you to label your disc.
- Close out of the programs and you're done.
- Be sure to label your disc so you can find it when you need it.
