- Your Android device can synchronize itself with multiple services such as Gmail, Twitter, Facebook and more.

- First, tap on Settings.

- Under Settings, tap on Accounts & Sync.

- Now you'll see all the accounts your Android phone is syncing with.

- Check mark Background Data so your phone can sync whenever it needs to.

- Check mark Auto-sync to have data automatically sync.

- A green icon next to a service means it's syncing. If the icon is grey it means it's not.

- If you want to force a sync, you can tap Sync All.

- Tap any entry and you'll see its unique parameters where you can make changes.

- For example, with Weather, you can change how frequently it updates.

- If you're having a problem like duplicate contacts, you may want to figure out if two of your accounts are syncing the same information and turn one off.
