Show Notes

- If you've installed uTorrent, open up your Windows Control Panel.

- Click on Start and then on Control Panel.

- In Control Panel, click on System and Security.

- Now click on Firewall.

- If you click on the section that will allow you to add exceptions, you'll see that uTorrent has been added automatically.

- This is true for Window 7, Vista and XP.

- Some other firewall clients may require you to go in and allow the torrent client's port.

- For the most part, no change is needed to the firewall to do torrent transfers.

- In some cases, you may need to turn on Port Forwarding in your router, which we discussed in the previous segment.
