- Go to the Android Market and download Advanced Task Killer Free.
- Once it's on your Android phone, just tap on the icon.
- The display now shows a list of running applications and some of those have a green check mark next to them.
- If you wish you can check or uncheck programs.
- When you're ready, just tap Kill Selected Apps and the program(s) will immediately close.
- If you open it back up, you'll see that most of the programs that had been open are now closed.
- This helps to quickly close applications and it frees up memory.
