- On your Android phone tap on the Android Market icon.
- This is a shopping bag with the Android logo on it.
- When you do you enter the Android Market.
- Along the top there are tabs for Apps, Games, and Verizon.
- If you tap on the Apps tab you find a series of categories you can pick from.
- To search just tap the magnifying glass icon that's to the right of the word Market up at the top.
- A search box appears as does the keyboard.
- You'll also see other things you've searched for previously.
- Type in a word and press the magnifying glass to search on that word.
- If anything matches your criteria it will appear below.
- To do another search just tap the magnifying glass icon again.
- Recent search items are kept below so you can search for them again more easily.
