preview and choose your Ubuntu screensaver

- In Ubuntu click on System, then Preferences and then on

Screensaver

.

- Ubuntu comes with a large number of screensavers that you can use.

- Most monitors today don't really need a screensaver because they put themselves in a standby mode.

- Just the same

screensavers

are fun and colorful and most people like them.

- You can move through the screen savers until you find one you like.

- Highlight it and click Preview to see the screensaver in full screen mode.

- When you're done viewing it in full screen simply click Leavel Full Screen.

- You can check the box to have the screensaver come on with the computer is idle.

- You also determine how many minutes before "idle" occurs.

- If you wish you can check the box to lock the screen when the screensaver is on.
