how to set up a non-Gmail email account on your Android phone

- Tap on the Email application to open it up.
- Type in the email address and password of the account you want to add. Click Next.
- Now pick the type of account, POP, IMAP or Exchange. Tap the appropriate selection.
- Now you need to put in the POP information from your provider. Then tap Next.
- Now you need to put in the SMTP information. Tap Next.
- Now you can set how frequently it checks for email and if you want to be notified. Click Next.
- Now give this account a name, and put in your name as you want it to appear.
- Type in the email address and password of the account you want to add. Click Next.
