In an earlier tutorial we took a brief look at Gallery, Android's built-in
photo application
. Here we'll look at how you can easilyshare photos from your Android phone

- Tap on
- When Gallery loads, tap on the album you want to access.
- Tap on the photo you want to share. The photo will enlarge.
- At the top you'll see Set As, Share, and Delete.
- If you tap Share you'll get a list with many ways to share that image. This includes Bluetooth, email, Gmail or text message.
- In your list you'll also see any other programs that can share the photo. This may include sites like Facebook, Flickr, Picasa and more.
- In our example we use Flickr Droid to share the photo on Flickr.
- It opens the picture in the selected application and fills in basic information.
- When you're ready you can upload your image.
- Keep in mind that the list you see will vary depending on the applications you've installed.
