You may have installed Windows 7 RC1 on one of your computers. You may have put it on one of your laptops. It's also possible that you've created a few Windows 7 RC1 virtual machines. At the same time you probably have a machine on your network that's running XP. Here's how you can easily
share printers

- If you don't already have it, you can Download Windows 7 RC1.
- First thing to do is make sure all of your computers are in the same Workgroup and on the same network.
- See the tutorial on getting Windows 7 RC1 to see your XP and Vista machines.
- In Windows 7 click on Start, then on
- In Devices and Printers click on Add a Printer.
- You can connect to a Local Printer or one that's on the network. You can also connect to printers that take advantage of wireless and Bluetooth.
- Make your selection and click Next.
- Windows will scan your system for
- When it finds the printer you're looking for simply highlight it and click Next.
- Windows communicates with the printer and gives you the option to change the name. Click Next.
- Windows 7 installs the printer.
- Now Windows 7 asks if you want to share the printer with others. Make your selection.
- You may also enter a location and comments then click Next.
- Click Print a test page to test the printer installation.
- You're done!
