Show Notes

- Your BlackBerry comes with a software tool to let you power it down.

- By default, it's on the main screen, but if you've moved it just look for it.

- It has the logo of the modern "power off" symbol which is a circle broken by a line.

- Just highlight the Turn Power Off symbol and press the trackball.

- The phone will pop up a message saying to press any key if you want to abort.

- Assuming you don't, just leave your BlackBerry alone and it will shut down.
