- On your Android phone tap on Settings.
- In Settings tap on Sound and display.
- Under Sound and display tap on Silent mode.
- The box will get a checkmark in it.
- Move down to Media volume and tap on that.
- Move the slider all the way to the left and tap OK.
- Your Android phone will now be silent.
