- Tap on Settings.
- Under Settings tap on General.
- Under General tap on Keyboard.
- Tap on Enable Caps Lock so it's set to On.
- Now, in a text message, for example, simply tap the shift key quickly twice.
- The shift key will turn blue if Caps Lock is on.
- With Caps Lock on everything you type will be in CAPS until you tap the shift key again.
- Under Settings tap on General.
