You have four people going over a document and you need everyone to be in the same place at the same time. A good way to do this is to
add line numbers to your document
. In this way you can say to look at line 150, for example, and everyone is right there.Download this episode now

- On the Page Layout tab click on Line Numbers.
- You can have line number be Continuous through the entire document.
- Another option is to Restart Each Page in which case each new page would start back at one.
- If you wish you can have it Restart Each Section.
- In this case the numbers would be continuous until the end of a section and then the next section would begin again with one.
- You can also Suppress for the Current Paragraph.
- Line numbers are useful for editing a document with multiple people.
