With all the cool changes in Windows 7, a few things have disappeared and a few things have been moved. If your desktop is crowded with Windows and you want to see it, you may miss the Show Desktop shortcut. It still exists, but in a different form and you have to look in a new place to find it.

- In Windows 7 the traditional "Show Desktop" icon is gone!
- If you're looking for a tiny button on the lower left-hand side of the taskbar you won't find it.
- Instead direct your attention to the far right-hand side of the taskbar.
- Down in the corner to the right of the time you'll see a little gray rectangle.
- Click that and you'll see your desktop.
- Click it again and you'll see your windows again.
