Show Notes

- In your router software, look for the option Attached Devices and click on it.

- There will be a pause while your router checks to see what devices are connected then a list will be displayed.

- The list shows IP address, the device name if it has one available and a MAC address.

- Computers on your network most likely have names and you'll see those displayed.

- Some other devices won't have names and will only display in the name field.

- In the initial listing we had our Droid's WiFi turned off.

- We turned the WiFi on and then clicked Refresh in the router software.

- Now we can see the Droid listed with the other devices.

- This list will show every device currently connected to your wireless network.

- You can also grab the MAC addresses from your devices from this location in case you want to set up MAC address filtering.
