- Social plugins are extensions of Facebook, allowing you to share news stories and reviews that you find interesting on other websites outside of Facebook with friends and family on Facebook.

- They also help you see what your friends and other Facebook users like.

- Whenever you're on a site that uses social plugins, you'll see either a Like or a Recommend button with the Facebook icon next to it.

- You'll also see if any of your Facebook friends like the article and how many other Facebook users have shared it.

- Simply click on Like or Recommend and it will be reflected in your newsfeed that you are sharing the article or review with your friends on Facebook.
