- You can download Vlingo in the Android Market and it's free.

- Tap on the Vlingo icon to open it up.

- If you tap on What Can I Say? you'll see all the things Vlingo can do. This includes text messages, emails, searches, dialing and more.

- Tap where it says Tap & Speak and give your command.

- For example, I said "sushi" and it opened the default browser and showed local sushi locations.

- If you tap on the menu key and then Settings, you can adjust the settings to your liking.

- Toggle SafeReader which will read text to you. You can also filter profanity.

- Decide to let Vlingo know your location which is handy when doing searches.

- Have Vlingo automatically insert punctuation.
