He runs through using the touchscreen of the iPhone to unlock your mobile and launch applications, how to fully power down or enter battery saving ready mode.

- At the top of the iPhone 3G screen is the general information including battery life, Bluetooth status, system time, the network name and the strength of said network.

- All of the iPhone applications reside on the home screen. Touching an application icon on the screen launches the application.

- At the bottom of the screen is the iPhone dock. Here, you can launch your four most oft-used programs.

- Changing screens on the iPhone is as simple as dragging your finger across the screen.

- To turn the screen off but to maintain phone use, press the top-mounted power button once.

- Slide the slider from left to right to unlock the iPhone.

- To fully shut down the iPhone, press and hold the power button for about five seconds. Slide the power off slider from left to right to power down.

- To turn on the iPhone, press the top mounted power button once.
