Video:
- Offers a simple interface to find and play any video stored on your iPad.
- Tap a video to play.
- Standard play, stop, skip buttons do just what you'd expect.
- Use the scrubber bar to move rapidly forward or back in a movie. Drag your finger down while on the scrubber bar to make finer selections.
iPod app:
- Functions more like iTunes on your desktop.
- Select from the Library categories on the left: Music, Podcasts, Audiobooks, etc..
- Tap any song, album or artist to play.
- Tap the + icon to create a new playlist.
- Songs, Artists, Albums, Genres and Composers buttons across the bottom of the iPod interface let you browse your music by these categories.
- With the iPod app playing, double tap the home button to bring up a simple interface to change volume, skip or pause tracks.
