Google Docs is a great way to manage your online workflow. We look at some of the different ways you can easily import documents and spreadsheets from your computer, your email or from an online source.

Import documents Using Upload Tab:

- From a file stored on your computer - point to location.

- Online document - paste the link into the field.

- Click Upload. The file automatically opens in your Google Docs account.


Import a document while a spreadsheet is still open:

- Go to File >Import

- Select the file from your computer.


Import a Gmail attachment document:

- Click on the link "Open as a Google document"
