- Download the ZIP file and unpack it.

- Run the Calaboration application on your Mac.

- When you do a dialog will come up and you'll need to sign in to your Google Calendar account.

- Enter your user name and password and click Sign In.

- The dialog will display a list of available calendars.

- Check the ones you want to bring into iCal and click Add to iCal.

- If you have iCal running a dialog will come up and tell you to close it.

- Close iCal and click Continue.

- If you don't have an address book card in iCal a dialog will come up telling you you have no "Me" card. For now, click Continue.

- You're prompted to Add this email address to your Address Book so click Add Email.

- Setup is complete so click Open iCal.

- iCal will start to pull in all the information from your Google Calendars.

- Click iCal then Preferences, then click on Accounts.

- In the Refresh Calendars dialogue you can elect to have the calendars refresh anywhere from every 5 minutes to every 30 minutes, or you can decide to do it manually. We recommend using one of the automatic update options however.
