- Go to pidgin.im and click on Download Pidgin.
- Once the download completes, follow through the install process, reading the notification windows and clicking OK where appropriate.
- Click Next through the install dialogue windows, stopping to read the License Agreement.
- The default configuration will be ideal for most users. If you want a desktop shortcut to Pidgin though, check the appropriate box.
- After Pidgin is installed, set up your instant messenger accounts and get chatting!
