Motorola Droid USB Device Drivers 64-bit 4.6.5
Note: An improperly flashed ROM can often brick the device, rendering it unusable. Use at your own risk. Butterscotch.com takes no responsibility for any damage to your phone as a result of rooting.
- There are two types of Motorola Droid device drivers you can get — one that is for 32-bit Windows systems and one that is for 64-bit Windows systems.
- You don't need both so long as you know what version of Windows you are running.
- We are running a 32-bit version of Windows so we'll be using the 32-bit file package, though the installations are almost identical.
- Just open up the file folder and double-click on the install file.
- The installation process will start. Click I Agree and then Next.
- The reason for doing this is because the next step in the rooting process won't work unless you have the latest version of the drivers.
