how to navigate Twitter

using the two panes. This new layout makes it easier for you to

follow other Twitter users

keep up with your followers

- The Twitter homepage is broken down into two panes.

- On the left, you will see Tweets of those you are following.

- On the right, you will see your latest tweet, the number of followers you have and the number of people you are following.

- You will also see the number of tweets you've added to your favorites list, lists you've recently been added to and trends in your city.

- Items formerly in your sidebar like Lists, Searches and Retweets are now located in the left pane.

- You can easily access your profile and private messages through the menu at the top.
