Tutorials

Friday March 11, 2011
In this tutorial, we'll show you a

tool called TwitBlock

that allows you to

scan your Twitter followers

to see if any of them might be spammers. It will give you some

information about that Twitter user

and allow you to tick them off as safe or

block or report that contact

. You can later manage your blocked contacts and

run scans on your friends

if you want.

Show Notes

- If you don't keep a close watch on all of your Twitter followers, then you might want to weed some of them out.

- Go to TwitBlock.org and sign in with your Twitter account.

- Once logged in, TwitBlock will start scanning your followers for information that might suggest that you don't want them around.

- You can check not spam, block them or report them.

- On the TwitBlock main page, you can go to more options to scan your friends, manage people you've blocked and more.
