Google Voice lets you

put your callers into unique groups

. You can have groups for Family, Friend, Coworkers, Golf Buddies, Scouts, or whatever you want. You can also have an unlimited number of groups and set a number of custom options for different groups. For example, make it so Work can't call you on the weekend.
