Show Notes

- The Flip Ultra HD can be connected to Windows, Mac or Linux computers.

- To connect the Flip to your computer, you'll need to flip out the USB arm by flicking the switch on the side of the camera. If it doesn't fit, you can always get a USB extender cable.

- Once the Flip is plugged in, you should see the Flip appear as an external drive on your computer. You'll find your videos in the DCIM folder.

- If you want to use the FlipShare software to manage your videos, first find the Setup_FlipShare file in the Flip directory and double-click it.

- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software onto your computer, but keep in mind that FlipShare will not work with Linux operating systems.

- The FlipShare software will allow you to perform basic editing functions on your Flip videos and even share them over Facebook, YouTube and more.
