- Click on the BlackBerry menu key and select Add Folder.
- In the dialog that comes up, you can type in a name for your folder.
- Roll the trackball to the left until the folder icon is highlighted and press the trackball.
- Here, you'll see a range of icons you can use to set this folder apart.
- Highlight the one you want and press the trackball.
- When you're done, highlight Add and press the trackball.
- Your new folder will be on your BlackBerry.
