- In order to set up
- To do that click Start, then Control Panel, and then click on Users and Family Safety.
- Once you've created Standard accounts for each child, click on Parental Controls.
- Turn parental controls on.
- Click on time limits to set times when the computer can or cannot be used for each child with an account.
- Use the grid view to block out or allow access at certain times.
- Click on games to block or allow games.
- Choose a level of game blocking by ESRB rating.
- Click on Allow or block certain programs and select (username) can only use the programs I allow to block or allow specific programs.
