The iTunes Genius is a recent addition to iTunes that helps you to build a playlist by assembling music it thinks you'll like. This playlist is based on the data that iTunes has about your musical tastes and the more you use iTunes, the more information the Genius will have upon which to make recommendations.

- Open a playlist and select a song that you particularly like.
- Click on the Genius icon in the lower-right of your playlist.
- The Genius will set up a playlist of songs it thinks go well together.
- Click Refresh to get a new list of songs.
- Click on the Genius icon in the lower-right to open the Genius sidebar. Here, you'll see listings of songs that may be to your liking but that you don't currently own.
- Click on the Genius icon in the lower-right of your playlist.
