Show Notes

- Go to your Account and then Account Settings and click on Facebook Ads.

- The first sentence is a bit confusing. It says that "As of now, Facebook does not allow third party applications or networks to use your name or picture in ads, but if this becomes available in the future then this is where you'll find settings for that option."

- So, basically, Facebook can decide in the future to allow third parties to use your name and or photo in their ads and you'll have to come here to disable it.

- We would have this set to No one because in the future we do not want my information shown for any reason.

- You can choose whether or not you want to be shown in various Facebook ads that are relevant to things you like on Facebook or your interests.

- These ads are only visible to your friends but they still come up as an ad, so we choose "No one" for this option.
