you're in luck. If you use the

free NetNewsWire

service on your desktop you can also get it on your

iPhone

.

Show Notes

- You can

download NetNewsWire from the Apple App Store and it's free

.

- Once installed you go into Settings and set your parameters.

- Put in your account information.

- You can have it show the unread count.

- You can also determine how long read and unread items are kept.

- On the main screen see a list of all your RSS feeds and how many items are in each one.

- Tap on a feed to open it.

- You can scroll through a listing and tap on an article you want to peek at.

- In the listing the ones you've read are gray in color.

- If you wish you can move to the next article by tapping Next Unread.

- You can also tap Mark All as Read in the feed listing if you wish.

- If you want you can open any story in Safari so you can read the entire listing and see all graphics.

- When you exit the icon shows how many messages are unread if you turned that option on.
