- Sign into your Google Adwords account

- Click on your campaign.

- Click your Ad Group.

- Click Keywords Tab.

- Take a look at your data. You can view the information by any of the fields.

- To pause any keywords that are not working the way you want click the green button next to the keyword.

- Select pause.

- Pause any campaigns that are not performing with a high click through ratio.

- To add additional keywords click Add Keywords.

- Input new keywords into the field.

- Beside the text box you'll see Suggested keywords.
