show notes
- Over time your copy of Windows becomes corrupted.
- This occurs for a variety of reasons including power outages, power
surges, and more.
- Even if you do all the maintenance you should, like defragmenting,
cleaning the Registry, and the like, at some point it won't make a
difference.
- When Windows stops functioning properly and you can feel that it's
slowed down it may well be time for a fresh start.
- Totally reinstalling Windows, or any operating system, is called a
"clean install".
- A clean install gets your copy of Windows exactly the way it was the
day you got it.
- Doing a "repair" isn't good enough to solve this problem so only
reinstalling will do.
- I'll also show you how to keep all your data from your sluggish PC.
- When you're finished your PC will be running faster, your data will be
in place, and you'll get more done with less frustration.
