Once you've completed your return, it's wise to review it for mistakes. TaxACT will review your return and flag items with red, yellow, or green alerts. Once you've reviewed your return and everything looks good, it's time to file!

- The Review tab takes you to review your return.
- A red alert indicates a serious error where information is missing or incomplete.
- You'll want to be sure to correct any and all red alerts.
- A yellow alert notifies you of a potential problem and is something you need to look into.
- A green alert is an area where you may have tax savings available.
- You can look at all of the alerts or any one category.
- You can also skip the alerts, although this is not recommended.
- You can also view prior years if you've used TaxACT before.
