Sending emails or messages to multiple contacts

is easy to do on the iPhone. Whether you're using the

Mail or the Messaging application

, the theory is the same, and you can easily

add multiple contacts

by selecting them from your

contact list

, using their real name or inputting their

phone number or email address

. We'll walk you through it in this tutorial.

Show Notes

- To send a group email from your iPhone, you'll first need to go to the Mail application.

- Tap the compose icon at the lower-right to begin writing a new email.

- Now, type in a contact's name or email address and you will see them added to your recipients list.

- Do this as many times as you want to add more contacts to the recipients, CC or BCC lists.

- To send text messages to multiple people, go to Messages then compose a new message. Just type in their name or number to add them to the list.

- When inputting recipients in either Mail or Messages, you can also click the Plus icon to select contacts from your list.
