- The first thing you may want to do after signing up for The Knot is create a checklist so you'll be sure not to forget any details when
- You can click on Wedding checklist or the check-mark at the top of the page. You'll see you and your future partner's name and how many days left until the big day.
- Reminders have been added for you by The Knot because they're common things that need remembering when planning a wedding.
- Anything that doesn't apply to you or that you've already completed can be checked off.
- Things like making sure to appraise your engagement ring, scouting out reception sites and asking people to be your bridesmaids or groomsmen are included.
- You can click on update and those things will be marked as completed.
- You can add reminders too and choose if it's an appointment, an event or just a task. Then enter in the details of your alert and the date, and then if you want to be reminded via email and how far in advance.
- Click on Save and Close and you'll be able to find your reminders by clicking on "my reminders" then selecting the appropriate month.
- You can also go back and view items that you've completed and uncheck the box if you want them to return to your to-do list.
