show notes

Sharing your Google Calendar with family and friends can be accomplished in just a few steps:

- Open your Google Calendar in a Web browser.

- Click on Settings.

- Click the Calendars tab.

- Select the calendar you want to share and click on "Share this calendar."

- Decide if you want to make your calendar public, share it with people in a certain domain, or share it with specific individuals.

- Determine how you want each individual user to interact with your calendar. Should they have full license to make and change appointments? Can they just see times that you're available?
