Hotmail calendar allows you to do more than just add events, you can share your events and to-do lists with friends and family, you can create to-do lists too. In this episode we'll show you some of the other features of the calendar.

- To change the view of your Hotmail calendar between Day Week Month and Agenda click the corresponding tab at the top of the screen.
- By using the left and right arrows located below the tabs you can move forward or backward in day, week or month, depending on what tab you are currently in.
- You can also jump to specific days by using the calendar located on the top left of the screen.
- To share a calendar click the Share link above the Day, Week and Month tabs.
- Select which calendar you would like to share.
- You can choose who can see aspects like your to-do list by selecting permissions from the drop down menu next to Who can see to-dos.
- Click the Add people button to add people to the calendar.
- You can type in an e-mail address at the top or you can select from the list of people in your contact list.
- To select how much control your invited guests will have click on the Choose how much these people can see and do menu and select the appropriate permissions.
- You can add items to your to-do list by clicking the 'To-do list' tab. Then click the 'Add a to-do' link that appears directly below.
- Type in the information regarding the to-do item, which calendar it's associated with, when you need to get it done by and you can select the priority of the to-do.
- Remember to click 'Save' in the lower right of the box.
- You can change the status of the to-do by clicking on 'Not started' and changing it to either 'In progress' or 'Done'.
- To delete a to-do click the 'X' that appears to the right of the to-do.
