Craigslist Fundamentals - #3 - Sign up for a craigslist account

- You don't need to have an account to browse listings or even to post your own.

How to create a craigslist account
- Click on My account.

- Near the bottom of the log-in form, select Click here to sign up.

- Enter a valid email address and enter the authentication information in the appropriate fields.

- Open the email address that you used to sign up to find an authentication email from craigslist. Click on the appropriate link in the message body.

- On the web page that opens, choose a good password.

- Hit the button to Submit Password and Log In.

- Read and accept the terms of use.

In your craigslist account page:
- Click on settings to choose your default location, change the length of time you stay logged in.

- Click on Save.
