Before you start

using Instagram

, you'll need to

create an Instagram account

. This process is quick and easy and mostly just requires you to

add an email address

and

choose a username and password

so you can start

sharing photos on Instagram

. We'll show you how to set up your account and how to

add a profile picture

- Before you can start using Instagram, you'll need to sign up with an email address, username and password.

- You can also add a phone number if you wish.

- Tap the Picture box to add a photo to use as your profile picture. You can either take a new picture or choose one from your albums.

- When you're finished, tap Done to start using Instagram.
