- Click on the Solve problems tab.
- Click on the TuneUp Disk Doctor tab.
- Click Next, let it analyze the drive, and then click Next again.
- Click on the TuneUp Repair Wizard tab and click any problems you have, then click Next.
- Click on the TuneUp UnDelete tab, type in a part of the file name or the file extension, pick any options, and then click Next to have the program attempt to recover your file.
