Take it to the streets with
Google Earth

lets you zoom right down tostreet level
in many locations. You can see the street, the cars, the signs and get a good feel for what that area looks like.Download this episode now

- Get Google Earth
- In
- When you do this you'll notice camera icons springing up on the map.
- Zoom in toward the street surface.
- Double-click on a camera icon of your choosing.
- You will move towards the icon until it becomes a glass-like globe.
- Next you'll pop through the globe and be in street view.
- In the upper right-hand corner you'll see a navigation panel.
- You can move your view by clicking inside the white box and moving it.
- You can also move by clicking on any of the arrows.
- When you're finished in Street View just click Exit Photo.
- In
Google Earth
click on Layers and then checkStreet View
